Add ability for "identified visitor but not logged in" in Ontraport Memberships display settings

It'd be great is Ontraport Memberships had the ability to show/hide blocks on pages based on conditions of whether the user is logged it or not. 

Usecase: I want a button to show as "Log In" when they're not logged in and "Log Out" when they're logged out. 

Client wants to have multiple blocks on a page, and have only one display based on the conditions of if they are logged in members, or if they have just logged out. If the contact has just logged out, then they will no long see the "logged in members block", they will see the "identified visitors" block, so that part works.

However, if the contact is a logged in member, then they will see the "logged in member" block, but they will also see the "identified visitors" block as well since they have Ontraport cookies.
