Archive old products

Just a quick feature request. I think it would be really helpful to archive old products that will never, ever be sold again.

Removing the product isn't usually the best idea, especially if there have been any sales, but being able to archive a product, remove it from being selected will help prevent clutter, or any accidental sales of a product that is no longer offered.

Rather than delete the product entirely, it would be rad if we could just prevent it from being used accidentally, and prevent it from cluttering up our active product list. Re-activating a product if/when it would ever be sold again.

Another use case is when a product is created accidentally, and is used for a manual purchase, but shouldn't have been created, or used ever again.

Tags would be nice too!
