Disregard the hyperlink request. Just found out that adding the url to the sms automatically links it.

SMS hyperlinks and SMS field
For SMS the following would be helpful:
1) the ability to set the required SMS number format in the SMS form field, ie us number requires 10 digits
2) The ability to add hyperlinks to SMS messages.
