Padding for Order Bump items inside the Product Summary element

Scenario: Ability to have a selection of order bumps to add to the order without having a default product listed.

Currently, customised padding does not work on Order Bump items inside the Product Summary element when there is no default product listed or is dependent on having a default product listed. 

It would be great to be able to have the padding apply to Order Bump items inside the Product Summary.
