Image insert function (suggested images)

Here's something that would save time: 

When I've inserted an image in an email, I want to be able to go directly to the save button at the bottom of the screen. But doing that sends me past all these "suggested images."  I have to arc around those images or else one of them will replace what I've inserted myself.  In either case, it's a hassle because I have to re-insert the image I've intended or it's an irritant that I have to deal with all these suggested images and accommodate.

A better idea will be to either (1) position the Cancel/Save block above suggested images, or (2) make it possible to toggle this feature off so the user has an option to review suggested images or be able to directly to SAVE without ending up in suggested images jail. ok. dealing with this isn't fun, but it is fun to use the Monopoly analogy!
