Manually fire page conversions

We have an embedded form on our page that redirects users to the next page upon completion. Since it's not a built-in Ontraport form, there's no way to see the conversion rate on the page, it's listed as 0.

The request here would be to have a system for manually attributing conversions to a page.

I see it as a setting on any given page --> when page loads and "x" is true, attribute a conversion to "insert page here"
