Thanks for the commnet. I checked the link and found it to be the correct (intended) link. If you open the image link (https://tinyurl.com/yzyjhode) you will see two check boxes, one to stay connected the other to unsubscribe.

Is this something you want to do via SMS then? Or would adding the option to continue receiving email to the unsub page work? Here's our current (singular) option:

It would be great to have an email and SMS option. I know and realize OP provides a singular option but in this use case instance I want the contact to take deliberate action one way or the other (ie - check a box to stay in contact or check a box to unsub).
