Allow condition "SMS Equals Text" not just "SMS Contains Text"

We want the ability to sort out messages that contain single words such as STOP without filtering out messages that just mention stop. Also, sometimes we wold like to be able to trigger an automation by a contact replying YES to the message: “Reply YES to be added to ______” but not trigger it if their message says something like: "I will never say yes."
