I would love the ability to import new items into a drop down field. It's slow to go in and manually update these - I'm using it for keywords on a record so these change a lot

The use case is a resource library. When a new set of resources are added they may have different keywords from what is in the list field for keywords, so I have to manually add them in via the settings which is slow.
I’d like to be able to import the list items from a CSV so I can add the keywords at import.
Or is there a better way to deal with this?

The other challenge with this use-case, is that not only is it difficult to add keywords to the resource itself, but if I'm using advanced search (I am trying to!) I also have to mirror the keywords exactly in the Search object so it works.
