Global Block Selection: Add ability to edit block before placing on a page

Hey all, 

Got a small one here.

In the global block selection screen, it would be cool to be able to edit the block before adding it to a page. Maybe a small button near the trash icon? 

I picture it would send the user to the same workflow as the regular edit block button.
