Hi Chris! We have an update for this on our radar and plan on updating the prefills on booking pages for non-text type fields. I'll make sure to follow up when this update gets released.

Ability to Prefill Dropdown fields in Calendar Reschedule Link
When dropdown fields are prefilled in the "Custom Fields" tab of a Booking Page, those fields should prefill on the reschedule link, after clicking "Reschedule" from a Calendar email message.
