Email Status Indicators

Currently in the Contact Log section of the Contact Information page it shows each time a contact is sent an email. The green checkmark that shows up next to some items is helpful to let me know when an email has been interacted with.

This evening it came to my attention that an email in this section will display as Sent even if it was not actually delivered to the recipients email address successfully. In my case this evening, I'm told it was a timeout issue.

That is my problem and I'm cordially requesting that the green check mark feature that already exists be added upon. My suggestion most basically is that a different indicator be used (perhaps red exclamation point) to indicate emails like mine that though successfully sent, were not successfully delivered. 

Also, not as essential, though it would also be nice if there were also an indicator to let me know that the email was opened, and if I hovered over the green check mark that currently exists to let me know that an email has been interacted with, it would be nice to have some indication what the interaction is.
