I agree, this will allow you to quickly see what actions have been taken to try to communicate with the prospect.
Comment actions
We need to see the Contact Log in the Quick View for Contacts. It is too much work to have to deep dive into the contact record to find something of vital importance, especially when you are skimming through multiple contacts to see things like "is the system doing what it is supposed to do" when sending emails, introducing new automations, etc. It seems like there are widgets for everything else except the most important one: Contact Log.
