Feature Request: Tag-Centric Contact View

Richard Scott

Currently, Ontraport requires users to create a saved Group for every tag in order to view the contacts associated with that tag. This is a significant workflow limitation for users who rely heavily on tags to record contact interests, purchase history, requests, and behavior.

What I'd like to see:

A Tag Browser view — accessible from the Contacts section — that displays all tags in a table with a contact count for each. Clicking a tag would open the list of contacts who have that tag applied, similar to how Groups work today but without requiring manual setup for each tag.

Why this matters:

Tags are one of the most powerful tools in Ontraport for capturing what a contact likes, buys, and requests. Being able to start from a tag and drill into the associated contacts is a natural and efficient workflow — especially for users managing large tag libraries. Right now, the only way to achieve this is to manually create a saved Group for every tag, which is time-consuming and doesn't scale well.
