Don't Update Contact Full name with Credit Card Name

Since the recent changes to PCI compliance requiring us to have a credit card name field on payment collection forms, this credit card name field overwrites the associated contact's Full Name field.  Since business cards often have different names than the person on the account this is not preferred an actually creating inaccurate information.  Can you please not update the Full Name on the contact information tab with the name on the credit card when submitted?  Thanks.
