Yearly Automation with repreat customers

Our business has automations for yearly events that often have repeat customers. We would like to have the ability to see the current years (with current tag) people on the automation  immediately without having to change the data range to all time data every time we access the automation. 

Example: Client added to the current years tag within 30 days but has already been through the automation in a previous year, we still need to do all time data to see them at all in the automation .
