Low Balance Notifications/Triggers for SMS Credits

An SMS service we've been using has options "send automatic email notification if SMS balance falls below a certain amount" and "automatic refill of $x if the balance falls below a certain amount". It would be very helpful if Ontraport included one or both of these features.
