Add Military Bases to State Field

We have products that we would like to ship to military bases overseas, but the state field does not allow for this. Please add the below to the state selections.

• AE (Armed Forces Europe): Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada.
• AA (Armed Forces Americas): The Americas (excluding Canada).
• AP (Armed Forces Pacific)
