HIPAA Compliance

I was promised HIPAA was rolling out 6 weeks after the time I was considering to make OP apart of our stack.

That was over a year ago...

Anyone handing Personal Health information will greatly appreciate this.

ActiveCampaign has this and so do many other softwares, esp. through COVID.

No, we have never promised any timeline for the delivery of HIPAA. We've never been within six weeks of releasing, so not sure how you got that idea.

That said, it is on the roadmap and we'll get there hopefully sooner than later.

The holdup is a technical one that I won't bore you with the details of, but it's a complex problem that requires a number of large changes. And, we have many competing priorities and projects.

That said, we agree this is a good feature and have it on our list to tackle.

I see this thread was started in 4/22, any new updates? Ontraports website says it's coming soon.

Getting closer! Our migration to the public cloud providers has taken a bit longer than we anticipated, but we're quite close now. Once that's done, this should be achievable without a ton of additional work.
