Make the Author of a note added via a form match the USER or Assignee who fills said note and completes the task.

When a note is added via a form attached to a Task. PLease could the author be registered as the User or Assignee who writes the note. 

It almost makes this feature (bringing able to add a note via a task) redundant if it doesn't register the correct author
