Export Segmented Lists on the Fly; No Group Creation Required

Instead of requiring that the user create a new group to export a segmented list of contacts, it would be ideal if users could instead generate exports on the fly, adding criteria/rules similar to those used for creating groups (e.g., contact must have tag X; contact must not have tag Y; contact must be based in the United States; contact must have opened an email Z).
