Access our Image Library the Same Way as Hosted Files

It would be great to be able to access and edit uploaded images in the same way as our hosted files.  For example, I had to correct a mistake in an image - how cool (and easy!) it would be to be able to simply replace that image in a hosted area like our files, and then have it be automatically updated wherever the images currently exists on pages and in message!!
