Bring Back "Last Email Opened" In Group Settings

I know Ontraport had reasons for changing this. However, 6 months later "last activity" has not proven to be an effective replacement under its current parameters.

For consistently emailing to the same list — 30, 60, 90 day opens still seem to be the best option, EVEN if not 100% accurate.

This option is still working very well on other ESP's.
