Feature request - Auto changing Next Charge Date after February

Every year, after February, we need to update manually for each contact the Next Charge Date of everyone who joined our program between 29/30/31 of each month.

Indeed, as the month of February generally has 28 days, the Next Charge Date is automatically updated to March 28 and this is a problem for people who joined us on 29/30 or 31.

For example :

Member buys on January 30th
Next Charge Date is set to Feb 28th
Member pays on Feb 28th
Next Charge Date is set to March 28th
However in this case, the Next Charge Date should actually be March 30th

We need a solution to do it automatically.
