Add "Click Through Rate" column to messages

If you had one column for "clicks" and another column for "click through rate" - it would be pretty helpful to find the best performing emails in a sea of emails.

As you know, when looking for winner, I need the CTR to make a decision.  And ascending order for the "clicks" column gives me something this...


The sort has not done much for finding the winner.
