Editing the Width in Ontramail

It drives me crazy that I can only edit the Top and Bottom padding/spacing of blocks in Ontramail and not the Left or Right. 

My email text (and images and buttons for that matter) are always smashed up against the left side of the email with barely any margin.  

If that can't be editable, at least a template with more side spacing please! :)
