Feature Request on behalf of L. Bruhl- Update Paypal Standard Integration

It appears that now Paypal Standard accepts recurring payments with other softwares such as WooCommerce. This client has a lot of international customers and using Paypal allows them to accept payments without having to change currency in their account. 

Seems like we would need to re-write the integration to send data back and forth from Paypal to OP.
