Multi Factor Authentication

Mike DeGeiso

I'm a new user and find that the IP Authentication, although might have a place for enterprise customers, it's rather cumbersome for those of us who are more mobile and always on a different IP address due to travel, WiFi, etc. It would be awesome if you can provide a multi factor authentication that we can access through Microsoft Authenticator, DUO or other MFAA based services/mobile apps.

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) has released! This is the best way to keep attackers from accessing your account, even if they have your password. Here's some info about the feature.

MFA prompts you to verify who you are with a 6-digit code when you log in. You can have this code delivered to you via email or SMS.
You have three options for how often this security measure will occur:
  1. Secure: requires verification when you log in from a new device and a new IP address.
  2. Very secure: requires verification when you log in from a new device or a new IP address
  3. Most secure: requires verification every time you log in.

To find these setting options, hover over the profile icon in the top right corner, click Administration → Security, and select your security level under Multi-Factor Authentication.

Learn more about these settings here.
