In the meantime, what people do is add global blocks to their pages at the top/bottom and use those for your custom scripts.

Global Page Settings for Header/Footer for adding Base Pixel Codes and other tracking tools
I would LOVE to see a global editor for all landing page headers and footers so that universal scripts like the base Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics can be added in place and applied to all pages instead of each page individually.
