Testimonials section automatic slider

Please make a basic automatic sliding testimonials for a full block.  It should slide at a chosen interval (ie: 10-30 seconds), to provide several testimonials for social proof in one block without site visitors having to do anything. Right now, I am told I have to pay a designer to install the code into my website to do this. This is a feature that is available standard on any basic and inexpensive website builder.   I can't understand why this doesn't come standard.  Most websites have feature them these days, especially in the tech, SAS, and app space.
