Edit title, first name, last name in membership site messages

My subscribers are from a more conservative Muslim community, and in all our emails, we say Title + First Name + Last Name, but in membership site password reset and update emails there is no way to change "Hi, [First Name]", which can sound pretty rude in the community we work with. 

I get why these emails are not editable so that we won't mess them up, but maybe it is possible to make them partially editable to keep the style of communication?
