Followsend emails to contact's assistant
We have several clients with assistants. You have fields for "Assistant Name" and "Assistant Email", but I can't use that email address to send an email to the assistant.
It would be nice to have a setting for selecting whether to:
1) send emails to contact AND assistant
2) send emails to contact ONLY
3) send emails to assistant only
AND/OR to choose multiple email addresses for a single contact when I send an email.
I should NOT have to create a contact record for the assistant (who does not work with us).
Right now, I have to replace the contact's email address with the assistant's email, send the email to the contact (for the assistant), then replace the contact's email address with the correct one. And, of course, I have to wait several minutes or come back later to fix the email address, since emails are not sent immediately.
I'm wondering why you have fields for an assistant if there is no way to contact them through Ontraport. (Yes, I can copy the email address into my own email system and send an email, but that is cumbersome, and I cannot send them the formatted email the contact gets.)
With a setting, emails for a contact could also automatically be sent to an assistant via an automation.
