Highlight search terms in search results

Hello

Summary: I would like the search function to highlight text that matches what you're searching for.  

Use case: Searching contact notes.... as is present in Outlook, when results are displayed, the search terms in the note matching the search would be highlighted in yellow.  Thanks for yr consideration.
