Is there a way to test email delivery to my list?

I know different email ISPs have different standards, and it's hard to try and design an email that all of them will accept. My understanding is also that the ISP will "learn" that my emails should be considered "promotions" based on my reputation with them for prior email. 

Is there a way to take my list and test an email against it without actually sending the email to my contacts?

ONTRAPORT does offer an integration with 250ok, a service that tests email deliverability. Refer to these articles for the details:

Here's how it works: 250ok creates "seed test contacts" that reflect the mix of ISPs you have in your list. You import those contacts and give them a tag that indicates they are seed test contacts. You can test not only the content of a particular email sent to all your contacts, but also how well an email would be delievered to any group of contacts.
