Password glitches with autoresponder

Is anyone else having problems with automating the sending of passwords with membership level information?  I'm finding that the password field is not auto-populating even when I use the merge field, when I set it up on a sequence. I seem to have to go in and manually send the email again to each individual contact (which defeats the purpose of setting up a sequence)

I did that.  That wasn't the problem.  As per customer support you need to add a 15 min delay to the email sequence to give the system time to update - (in a case anyone else encounters this problem).  Thanks
