Yes! You can add different "send from" addresses into your ONTRAPORT account. Go to Admin > E-mail > E-mail 'FROM' Address Set Up. Click the Add E-mail button and type in the various email addresses you'd like to add. You'll need to confirm that you own that email account by clicking on the confirmation link.
