How do I edit tags?

You can edit Tags. See the complete information in our Knowledge Base article Here is the short version:

Navigate to Contacts > Settings > Manage Tags. There, you can select a given Tag and edit the name. This will delete the old label and update the Tag everywhere it is in your account.
