Two way integration with a help desk software & chat widget

It would be great if Ontraport could develop a two-way integration with one of the help desk solution providers to sync contact and communication data.

This would allow the user to see valuable customer information within the help desk platform, while at the same time logging interactions, ticket, and communication history in from the help desk & chat widget channels back in Ontraport.

Zapier is a great start, but the limitation is that it only goes one way.
