Only a single file can be uploaded into email from Filebox

Good afternoon,

We've found that we've had to go back to regular email to send multiple personal documents to people because we can only attach ONE file from a contact Filebox into an email.  This was a feature that we thought would save us a lot of time; we've been uploading personalized profiles and other contact-specific information for a couple of years into Fileboxes.  When I went to send contacts their docs, I was shocked to find out that I could only attach a single document.

This has proven to have, at this point, wasted a lot of time that we thought we were going to be saving since I now have to go back to regular email to send documents.

We will leave this open for other comments and votes, and our product team will look into it.

The problem with multiple file attachments has been that the email services often flag the email as spam and don't deliver them into the inbox. I don't believe that has changed recently, but we will investigate.

Thank you!  It really was an advantage that we thought we'd have with ON.  I'm hoping not to have to go back and send everything I've uploaded to Fileboxes as regular email.
