Integrating with QBMS (QuickBooks Merchant Services)
About QuickBooks Merchant Services (QBMS)
Applies to: ONTRAPORT Plus and above.
QBMS is part of Intuit’s partner platform, and can be used to connect the QuickBooks “Web Store eCommerce” gateway to your ONTRAPORT account.

Prerequisites
- An ONTRAPORT Account
- An Intuit Payment Processing account for “Web Store eCommerce”
Obtain your QBMS Account Details
ONTRAPORT requires an AppID, AppLogin and Connection Ticket to connect with your QBMS gateway. You can create these following the instructions at this link: Intuit Developer Set Up: Get a Connection Ticket
Follow the instructions step by step to obtain the AppID and AppLogin information, and after the final step, you will be sent the connection ticket number via email.
Configure the QBMS Gateway in ONTRAPORT
In ONTRAPORT, click on Sales > Settings and choose Gateways. Give the gateway a name. Then, click the New Gateway button:
From the drop down selection box, choose “QuickBooks (QBMS)”:
Fill in the QuickBooks Connection Ticket, AppLogin and AppID details and click Save
